I ordered the shaver 14th of January and it arrived the 27th of January. Thats a long delivery time. That is really bad from the company. The device itself is pretty good, so if you are prepared to wait two weeks its worth it
Its been 2 weeks and i have nothing! They dont answer your emails just told me it was send but thats blsht. Dont order from them you will loose money !
Love this shaver it really gives a smooth effortless shave. Customer service were really helpful too and the replacement blades are at a good price when you need to get a new one .

Was never happy with the quality of my Pitbull Skull shaver. Middle (glued) bits fell off the blades almost immediately and was just 'meh' for closeness. Also felt that with shaving every day, it was always just a use away from falling apart and I never knew how much juice was left in the bloody thing! After reading lots of reviews on Amazon for lots of head shavers, I decided to take a chance on this shaver thinking that even if it's gimmicky (7D and golden), it's gotta be better than just 4 blades? Also decided to come to MAXGROOM direct as they offered better postage and I was also hoping for a more personal experience than Amazon. I wasn't disappointed. My 7D Head Rotary Shaver Pro arrived quickly, was practically fully charged and was amazing straight out of the well presented box. It's very clear from the start that this company cares about both their product and their customers. It shaves much closer than the Pitbull. Shows me the percentage left, has 2 speeds and is very easy to clean. It also comes with a bag, a charging cable and the shaver looks very well made and not gimmicky at all (the colour is actually really nice). I've been using it every day since it's arrived (on first speed) for a few weeks now and it's not even half way empty. I put it down to just how fast you can do your whole head with the 7D blades that makes it a breeze/joy to use every single day. The company also offer a Facebook group where they reach out to you as a member and of course, donation to a good cause, that makes for one of the best customer services I've experienced in a long time. Would totally recommend this product and more importantly, this company.
never received it, never even left for shipment according to the tracking :( now i need to go through my credit card to see if they can cancel the charge

Even on the second speed when i press it on my head the motor slows down. So it seems like a weak motor. It cuts better when i wet my little bit of hair that grows. It cuts pretty close. But qhen my hair is dry it takes a few passes to get it clean. For comparison i bought the humming bird at the same time to compare and the humming bird gave a better shave dry. I havent tried cutting it wet yet with the humming bird but thats my next test. So far thats my rateing.

I like the fact that I can cut my hair in no time with this head shaver. It's the fastest one yet that I have used, however it does a horrible job at cutting my hair. No matter how many times I cut my hair I always end up having patches of hair left over. I always have to end up using another shaver from a different company that I will not mention no names to get the job done. It's ashame because I had such high hopes for this shaver.

Love the whole pkg . However, the 11” soft bristle does not work as my hair is shorter for the summer. Do you carry an 8to 9 “ soft bristle brush?
You cant go wrong with this set. It delivers as expected. USB-C is just perfect and up-to-date. Magnetic heads makes handling simple. Build quality is great. Motor is damn quiet, compared to my previous big name trimmers. And finally the price, as I said, a perfect set.

It is great for my head which is why you get 5 stars. If the razor could be more flexible to be more level so I could shave my neck as well, I would give you 6 Stars!! I no longeruse my very expensive head shaver because the MaxGroom one is better and less expensive. Thank you.
I've used every single baldhead shaver and this one is the best yet. It literally leaves my head so closely shaved its as if I used a straight razor, and it was the best priced out of all the other's I've used. I believe I found my last shaver
