        Battery runtime depends on the model. Selected MAXGROOM Head Shavers provide approximately 70 to 140 minutes of cordless use per full charge. Check the product specifications for the charging time and runtime of your chosen model.

        After-sale Questions

        Turn off the shaver and remove the magnetic blade head. Brush away loose hair, then rinse the washable blade assembly under running water. Shake off excess water and allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling or storing the shaver. Do not charge the device while it is wet.
        We recommend replacing the blade head approximately every four months for optimal performance. Replacement frequency depends on how often you shave, your hair type, and how well the blades are maintained. Pulling, discomfort, or reduced shaving performance may indicate that a replacement is needed.
        Check the battery indicator, charging cable, power adapter, and charging port. Make sure the port is clean and completely dry, then connect the shaver to a compatible 5V power source. If it still does not work after a full charge, contact MAXGROOM Support with your order number, model number, and a short video showing the issue.
        Slight warmth during shaving or charging is normal. Stop using the shaver if it becomes unusually hot, produces a burning smell, or makes an abnormal sound. Allow it to cool and contact MAXGROOM Support if the issue continues.
        Eligible products purchased directly from maxgroom.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to MAXGROOM’s return conditions. Warranty coverage varies by Head Shaver model and purchase channel. Keep your order number and proof of purchase, and contact MAXGROOM Support before returning or replacing a product.
