Non-Returnable Items

- Pictures or video of the broken item
- Your shipping address

Returns Procedure
Contact the MAXGROOM customer service team at service@maxgroom.cn for a return address.
Your order number and reason for return.
Pack the product properly to prevent damage during shipping.
Inform us of the tracking information after shipment.
*MAXGROOM will process your after-sale issue within two working days after receiving the returned package.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds
- We will initiate the refund within 3 working days of receiving the returned package, and the refund will be returned to your account in the same way. The time you receive the refund depends on the actual situation, you can contact our after-sales team, we will actively cooperate with you to check!
*Please note that refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle.
- Defective items will receive a full refund. Non-defective items will be refunded excluding shipping and handling fees.
Exchange
- We will send out the new parcel within 3 working days after we receive the returned parcel, and we will also inform you the tracking information by email.
Return Shipping Costs
For items with manufacturing defects: MAXGROOM will cover return shipping costs up to $10.
For items without manufacturing defects: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
*It is recommended that you use a shipping service with a tracking number, as the absence of a tracking number may affect the refund and exchange process.
