We’re a team of engineers and product managers who left big corporations to build something different.And back then, the most common goal we heard was: cut costs, improve efficiency — not make something better. Even when we knew how to improve the product, we had no power to change anything.

One barber, Wael, said something that really stayed with us:

“Over the years, many clipper brands *could* have made better products. But they didn’t. Business always came first.”

That hit home.

So we started this brand, because like you, we take pride in our craft.
We believe great tools deserve to exist. Tools that are made not just for profit, but for people who truly use them. That’s why we’re launching this bold new plan.

We want to build something different. And we want to build it with you.

Chris blanco known as “blessedupbarber” 10 years deep in the game, Barbering has been a lifestyle for me, in 2021 I turned my lifestyle into a dream, I got a contract to work the biggest music festivals all over the nation, w/ big companies like (Insomniac events, DDP, Excision presents ) I went from charging 40$ back at home, to 100$+, that’s when I realized barbering is something special❤️
Now residing home, and working alongside LIVEnation w select shows & festivals, chris has a different approach now with social media & his focus is 100% on content creation. “I believe in life you must reap before you sow, I could’ve started content along time ago but I just didn’t feel it in my heart, music was still a very big thing for me in my life, now I can finally unlock another chapter in my life”

Wael

Hello, my name is Wael Abu-Mulaweh. I am a 32 year old self taught barber from Yonkers, New York. I am the proud owner of Wael’s Barbershop for over 11 years now. I have worked in a barbershop for over 16 years now. My passion for barbering started at the age of 12. I bought some clippers and started practicing on my family and friends. Practice made perfect and made me the Master Barber that I am today.

Austin

Austin Arenz is a licensed cosmetologist and barber with over a decade of experience behind the chair and in the classroom. Based in San Diego, Austin brings a fresh, education-driven approach to the industry, blending technical skill with creativity and community.
As an educator and founder of Vedic Venue, a continuing education space for licensed professionals, Austin is passionate about helping stylists and barbers grow their craft—especially in haircutting, fading, and modern grooming.
Whether teaching or cutting, Austin’s mission is simple: empower others through skill, style, and self-expression.

Brandon

My name is Brandon Flores, proud owner of Unique Blendz Barbershop with two thriving locations in Brownsville, Texas.
With over 10 years of barbering experience, I’ve dedicated my career to delivering precision, passion, and consistency with every cut. From mastering fades to building a trusted local brand, my journey has been about more than just hair — it’s about community, craftsmanship, and culture.
I’m proud to now represent MaxGroom Clippers as a sponsored barber and look forward to pushing the craft even further with tools that match the quality I stand behind every day.

Eybard Hernandez, aka EYBARDWILLFADEIT, a licensed barber based in Harlingen, Texas (also serving Brownsville and surrounding Rio Grande Valley towns).
With over 9 years of experience He’s known for crafting sharp fades, taper cuts, beard trims, eyebrow shaping, and creative hair designs.With over 1,900 followers and 500+posts on Instagram and other platforms He is known for show casing his high-quality services and provides great care for his clients.

Sandee

My name is Sandee “The Barber Artist” and I have been a barber for 16 years and an artist since childhood. I enjoy blending artistic styles into my barber craft and I love to create.
My favorite part about barbering is helping people look and feel good. Some days I may be a therapist, a motivational speaker, or even a comedian. Barbering to me has been a journey of building relationships and crafting looks to fit each client.

My name is Jeremiah, Also know as JayBlendzx. I’m from the city of Los Angeles where art comes in many forms. Barbering being such a big career path right now has definitely been challenging yet rewarding. I’ve been cutting for about 5 1/2 years now, started in a shop about 3 years ago. Still learning day by day on ways to improve my skills. One thing about I that’s got me through the hard times of cutting is “Passion over Profit”

But more than that, I love sharing my knowledge and honest opinions with others in the community. Whether it’s testing new tools or helping barbers elevate their technique, I’m all about pushing the culture forward.
